Exercise classes are held Monday-Friday.
Class times start at 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, and last class at 7 pm.
All of our workouts allow you to burn more calories in less time!! The program is structured so that each workout is unique. You and your muscles will not get bored with the same routine! During the workouts, you are challenged to do a certain number of repetitions in a specific time frame. We offer small group exercise classes with a personal trainer.
A personal trainer will help you adjust your workout intensity to your fitness level. Our program utilizes medicine balls, plyometric jumps, weight lifting, kettlebells, sandbags, and other exercise equipment.
